All items purchased from Turn 5 are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Turn 5 grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, license to access and make personal use of the Site. Turn 5 reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part thereof with or without notice. You agree that Turn 5 will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site or any part thereof.
